• Strong understanding of finishing materials, joinery, wet and dry finishes, and visual detailing.       

• Ability to read architectural and interior drawings and translate them into on-site execution.        

• Hands-on experience in managing multiple teams and phased finishing works.        

• Proficiency in MS Project, Auto CAD, Excel, and basic site management tools.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Must be available to visit project sites outside Dhaka.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Everything. We are building a mega commercial space, shopping mall, Resort, in the heart of Dhaka and outside Dhaka. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Engineer to oversee engineering operations, ensure project execution excellence, and support timely delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all interior and exterior finishing works, including plastering, tiling, painting, ceiling, cladding, flooring, railing, glazing, joinery, etc.

• Ensure high-quality workmanship in line with approved designs and architectural specifications. Optimize resources to achieve cost-effective project execution.

• Review drawings and BOQs; cross-check implementation on-site.

• Plan, execute, and supervise project activities in line with design specifications and timelines Coordinate with interior designers, architects, civil engineers, and vendors to avoid clashes and delays.

• Manage daily site inspections, punch lists, and QA/QC checks.

• Control wastage of materials and ensure cost-effective usage.

• Plan finishing sequences area-wise (e.g. shop clusters, corridors, restrooms, lobby zones)

• Handle client-ready handover conditions, ensuring final touches are polished and defect-free.

• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.

• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site engineering solutions

• Lead a team of finishing subcontractors and maintain safety and compliance on-site.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for senior management.
