• Strong hands-on experience with Linux/Unix OS, virtualization platforms, and containerization

• Experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation

• Understanding of application infrastructure, networking, and security components (e.g., ADC, WAF, API Gateway, DNS, etc.)

• Proven skills in incident management, log analysis, and performance tuning

• Familiarity with documenting system configurations, change logs, and incident reports

• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders in high-pressure scenarios

• Certifications such as RHCE and CKA will be treated as added advantages

·       Ensure high availability (target 99.99%) of core and extended platform systems, including Huawei virtualization, Linux/Unix environments, F5 ADC & WAF, Tyk API Gateway, Cloudflare WAF, and other critical services

·       Investigate incidents, perform L1/L2 troubleshooting, and support timely resolution of production issues

·       Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate integration, testing, and deployment for platform changes

·       Deploy and manage OS, cluster, and virtualization patches and upgrades with minimal service impact

·       Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, clusters, and database platforms as part of the core infrastructure

·       Keep system documentation, topology, inventory, and incident reports up to date

·       Coordinate with vendors for support and escalation of platform-related issues

·       Work with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs and ensure reliable service delivery
