Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering
  • Or Bachelors in EEE/ECE/ETE/ICE or equivalent from any reputed university


Requirements:

Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate),FTTX technology,Mikrotik,MTCNA,Tech Support,VLANs

Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Routing and Switching Configuration with Core/Access Network.

  • Taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.

  • Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone and email.

  • Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTPStrong knowledge of IP subnetting, Mikrotik firewall configuration, NAT, port forwarding, and various bandwidth control methods.

  • Configuring and installing various network devices and services.

  • Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability.

  • Incoming/Outgoing Call handling for Reseller customer as well as trouble ticket maintaining.

  • Communicate with Upstream provider and liable vendor to ensure services availability.

  • Raise trouble tickets to vendors and following up.

  • Network Documentation maintain with sincerely.

  • Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report.

  • Ability of Clients Internal Network Device configuration such as OLT, Switch, Router with different vendor.

  • Visit mac client end and solved their issues.

  • Have to configure juniper mikrotik and different vendor OLT.

  • Onboard mac client and regular communication with clients and response client group.
