Experience:
Routing and Switching Configuration with Core/Access Network.
Taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone and email.
Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTPStrong knowledge of IP subnetting, Mikrotik firewall configuration, NAT, port forwarding, and various bandwidth control methods.
Configuring and installing various network devices and services.
Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability.
Incoming/Outgoing Call handling for Reseller customer as well as trouble ticket maintaining.
Communicate with Upstream provider and liable vendor to ensure services availability.
Raise trouble tickets to vendors and following up.
Network Documentation maintain with sincerely.
Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report.
Ability of Clients Internal Network Device configuration such as OLT, Switch, Router with different vendor.
Visit mac client end and solved their issues.
Have to configure juniper mikrotik and different vendor OLT.
Onboard mac client and regular communication with clients and response client group.
