Experience:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions, infrastructure technologies, and security frameworks
• Experience in integrating, implementing, and managing enterprise systems
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting; Batch scripting preferred
• Capability in troubleshooting, RCA, and delivering critical support
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, M365, Windows Server, and Security) will be considered an advantage
• Own and operate the full enterprise Windows/Microsoft 365 stack, including:
Active Directory & Entra ID, Exchange On-Premises & Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, PKI, Intune/MDM, Windows Server management, endpoint management, email security, vulnerability management & patching.
• Design, test (POC), implement, deploy, and configure new solutions and upgrades.
• Deliver L3 support, deep troubleshooting, RCA, and vendor escalation.
• Drive change requests, approvals, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure security, compliance, and hardening across all components.
• Maintain accurate CMDB, inventory records, and operational documentation.
• Monitor system health, performance, and capacity with proactive reporting.
• Adopt new Microsoft technologies and best practices to keep infrastructure modern and efficient.
