∎ Good communication both in English & Bangla;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Good Leadership & Team management Skill;

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the dyeing department, ensuring efficient operations and quality output;
∎ Ensure smooth flow of production in Dyeing and Finishing department for on time delivery meet target of all buyers order bookings with-out fail;
∎ Implement and optimize dyeing processes, staying updated on industry advancements;
∎ Coordinate with the Maintenance department regarding preventive and corrective maintenance of the dyeing and finishing machines;
∎ Involved in trouble-shootings and provides remedies with the Department Heads for day-to-day production problems encountered;
∎ Foster a positive work culture, mentor teams, and encourage innovation; Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulations;
∎ Maintain & coordinate with the Marketing & Merchandising department, Operation team with cross functional teams
