Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, implement, and maintain database systems to create and modify database structures, tables, and indexes, as well as manage data integrity and security.
∎ Monitor and analyze database performance on a daily basis, identifying and optimizing long-running queries for improved efficiency.
∎ Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
∎ Ensure the security and privacy of the organization's data by implementing access controls, encryption, and other security measures.
∎ Provide technical support to users in investigating and resolving database-related issues, such as data corruption, performance problems, and system failures.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of database systems, including data models, configurations, and procedures.
∎ Plan and execute database upgrades, patches, and migrations.
∎ Monitor database growth and performance trends to anticipate future capacity needs.
∎ Stay updated with the latest database technologies, trends, and industry developments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL,PostgreSQL, etc.).
∎ Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for database management is a must..
∎ Proficiency in query optimization techniques, query tuning, and performance monitoring is a must.
∎ Expertise in any of the cloud database services (e.g. Azure SQL Database, Amazon RDS) is a plus.
∎ A deep understanding of Execution Plans in SQL Server is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with different regulations like HIPAA, GDPR is a plus.
∎ Familiarity with database design principles, data modeling, and normalization techniques.
∎ Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies, disaster recovery planning, and high availability solutions.
∎ Knowledge of database security concepts, access controls, and regulatory compliance.
∎ Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Highly organized and responsible.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 120000 (Monthly)
