We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsellor (Australia & New Zealand) who can manage the complete student admission and visa process independently from start to finish.
The candidate must have strong knowledge of university admission procedures, GTE requirements, SOP writing, visa documentation, and interview preparation.
This position is based in Dhaka office, where the counsellor will work closely with the management and marketing team to ensure smooth operations and high visa success rates.
You will be the key person responsible for all Australia & New Zealand cases — from initial counselling to final visa approval.
Job Responsibilities:
Student Counselling & Case Management:-
- Provide one-on-one counselling to students for Australia and New Zealand education opportunities.
- Assess students’ academic profiles, financial backgrounds, and study goals to suggest suitable courses and institutions.
- Guide students through the entire process: application, offer letter, COE, visa lodgement, and interview preparation.
- Ensure all applications meet university and immigration standards.
- Prepare, review, and edit SOPs (Statement of Purpose) and GTE (Genuine Temporary Entrant) documents.
Visa & Documentation:-
- Handle visa application (Subclass 500) independently — from document collection to final submission.
- Verify student documentation, financial proof, and sponsor details.
- Maintain updated knowledge on Department of Home Affairs (DHA) policies and visa regulations.
- Schedule and prepare students for visa interviews and follow up on outcomes.
Operations & Reporting:-
- Maintain student files and update case progress in CRM/software.
- Ensure high conversion rate from lead → application → visa.
- Prepare weekly reports and share updates with management.
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead generation and student follow-up.
Communication & Coordination:-
- Liaise with Australian & New Zealand universities, colleges, and partners.
- Attend training sessions, webinars, and agent briefings to stay updated.
- Maintain professional and ethical communication with all stakeholders.
