Job Responsibilities:
∎ **Duties included but not limited to:
∎ Assist Account Manager to support each customer, build customer relationship
∎ Handle daily communication with customer's buyers, merchandisers, designers, and arrange meetings with overseas clients
∎ Follow up product development processes including design, raw material, costing, quotation, time and action (TNA)
∎ Internally work closely with the Pre-production Office in China for sampling and bulk production and ensure the product development and bulk production flow is on track
∎ Monitor production & shipment status, closely communicate with customers and the relevant parties for potential problem foreseen to ensure appropriate and timely action is taken
∎ Follow up on all aspects of services provided to customers, including price negotiation, material sourcing, quality and shipment schedules and related matters
∎ Support customers in fulfilling the requirements of their way of working, such as system & process, PPT presentation, data analysis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good team player with proactive and independent personality
∎ Good communicator, sales oriented and well-organized
∎ Able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
∎ Intermediate level in MS Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Occasional travelling to China or overseas is required
