• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Experience Requirements:
• The applicants should have demonstrated work experience of 3-5 years in similar roles in the Business Development domain, preferably in a BPO/Contact center. 
• Job Requirements 
• Proven experience in business development or marketing within the IT/Software industry. Experience at the B2B level is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools and proven track record of new customer acquisition in a similar role 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
• A reasonable understanding of or experience with formal project proposals, and procurement processes including those for EOIs, RFQs, etc. 
• Familiarity with industry trends, technologies, and competitor landscapes. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Good project management skills to oversee the implementation of business strategies. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

• Business Development: 
• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve the target. 
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive growth in both the international and domestic market. 
• Attend pre-bid, contract signing, and negotiation meetings. 
• Maintain existing business by managing client relationships. 
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify challenges, and opportunities, and understand customer needs. 
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand awareness. 
• Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients 
• Manage the company’s website and social media profiles to enhance brand visibility. Develop and implement strategies to increase online engagement and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms. Utilize digital marketing channels to generate leads and promote the company's services.   
• Documentation and Content Marketing: 
• Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with the company’s marketing and business development goals. 
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business proposals, project reports, and client communications. 
• Monitoring and Reporting: 
• Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development and marketing activities. Track and report on sales performance metrics. 
• Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis and feedback. 
• Help implement strategies to enhance business development processes, marketing efforts, and overall performance.
