∎ Social Compliance or ISO Internal/Lead Auditor Certifications are preferred.

∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules and international social compliance standards (SA 8000, BSCI, WRAP, Sedex-SMETA).Strong familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001) and sustainability practices.
∎ Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules and international social compliance standards (SA 8000, BSCI, WRAP, Sedex-SMETA).Strong familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001) and sustainability practices.
∎ Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop audit plans and conduct social compliance audits across corporate and factory operations in alignment with Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules and standards like SA 8000, BSCI, WRAP, and Sedex-SMETA.
∎ Review and analyze audit findings to identify non-conformities or areas needing improvement in social compliance standards.
∎ Prepare comprehensive audit reports, communicating findings and action points for corrective measures to relevant departments.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of corrective actions and work with departments to resolve non-compliance, ensuring ongoing regulatory and standard compliance.
∎ Support the Concert team in developing policies, SOPs, checklists, registers, and reports.
∎ Facilitate training and awareness sessions on compliance requirements for employees and management.
∎ Support and coordinate with regulatory, IMS-ISO 9001 (QMS), 45001 (OH&SMS), 14001 (EMS), 50001 (EnMS), and Supply Chain Security audits and supply chain security audit.
∎ Work closely with Corporate, Operation and Project Teams to address safety and compliance issues and implement sustainable practices within IMS-ISO and ESG Sustainability Frameworks.
