Additional Requirements:
∎ SAP technical and functional knowledge.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Configure MM, PP, QM & SD modules in IMG based on business requirements.
∎ Identify process and system gaps and find the solutions. Continuously assess the current business process and seek to implement new system to run the business more effectively & efficiently.
∎ Resolve the operation / Transaction error and ensure smooth operations into the ERP system.
∎ Analyze the root cause of the Error occurred and take preventive action to avoid the replication of the error.
∎ To check the subsequent effect of the configuration setting of SD, MM, QM and PP and do the tuning until the acceptable result achieved
