• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Sound knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK rules, Fire Safety, and accessibility guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Context:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and planning for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use development projects. The ideal candidate should have a creative vision, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and aesthetic goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.

• Prepare master plans, detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.

• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and interior teams to ensure design intent and execution quality.

• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve on-site design issues.

• Ensure compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, and other local building codes and regulations.

• Supervise junior architects, drafters, and external consultants as needed.

• Collaborate with management to develop project schedules, budgets, and design objectives.

• Provide value engineering solutions without compromising design quality.
