∎ Diploma in Architecture from any reputed institution.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
∎ Sound knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK rules, Fire Safety, and accessibility guidelines.
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
∎ Prepare master plans, detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.
∎ Coordinate with engineering, construction, and interior teams to ensure design intent and execution quality.
∎ Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve on-site design issues.
∎ Ensure compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, and other local building codes and regulations.
∎ Supervise junior architects, drafters, and external consultants as needed.
∎ Collaborate with management to develop project schedules, budgets, and design objectives.
∎ Provide value engineering solutions without compromising design quality.
∎ Any others job assign by management.
