• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Architecture

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Resort, Developer

• Age 30 to 50 years
• Only Male

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

• RAJUK Enlistment (Mandatory)

• Minimum *7–10 years* of experience in real estate or construction sector

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion or similar tools

• Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Sound knowledge of BNBC and local building regulations

• Experience in G+10 or above projects

• Knowledge of sustainable/green building design

• Membership with IAB will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design, planning, and development of projects

• Prepare concept designs, masterplans, and detailed architectural drawings

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal teams

• Ensure compliance with RAJUK rules, BNBC, and other regulatory standards

• Supervise design implementation and maintain quality control

• Present design concepts to management and clients

• Guide and mentor junior architects

• T/A,Tour allowance,Mobile bill
