Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture

• Bachelor degree in Architecture from any recognized university.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

• Must be RAJUK enlisted Architect.

• Strong knowledge of RAJUK rules and approval procedures.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and other architectural software.

• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Lead architectural design projects from concept to execution.

• Prepare master plans, detailed drawings, 3D models, and BOQs as per project requirements.

• Ensure compliance with RAJUK regulations, building codes, and local authority approvals.

• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Review and validate architectural drawings submitted for RAJUK approval.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and quality control.

• Provide innovative, sustainable, and functional design solutions aligned with company vision.
