Bachelor degree in Architecture from any recognized university.

Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
Must be RAJUK enlisted Architect.
Strong knowledge of RAJUK rules and approval procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and other architectural software.
Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead architectural design projects from concept to execution.
Prepare master plans, detailed drawings, 3D models, and BOQs as per project requirements.
Ensure compliance with RAJUK regulations, building codes, and local authority approvals.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Review and validate architectural drawings submitted for RAJUK approval.
Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and quality control.
Provide innovative, sustainable, and functional design solutions aligned with company vision.
