Responsibilities & Context:
Proficient In Land Documentation, Including Cs, Rs, Sa, City Survey, Mouja Map, And Mapping Processes.
Strong Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Digital Drawing Submissions And Approval Processes Of Rajuk (Including Ecps), Nha, And Mow.
Skilled In Liaising With Government Authorities To Obtain Nocs/Clearances From Desa, Wasa, Fire Service, Civil Aviation, Traffic Police, And City Corporation.
Efficient Coordination With Utility Service Providers (City Corporation, Wasa, Titas, Desco, Dpdc, Btcl, Etc.) To Ensure Timely Utility Connections.
Responsible For Maintaining Tax And Rent-Related Documentation For All Projects.
Thorough Verification And Collection Of All Land-Related Documents.
Representation In Land-Related Case Hearings On Behalf Of Management.
Capable Of Drafting And Vetting Legal Documents Including Mou, Deeds, And Doa.
Experienced In Responding To Official Queries And Observations From Rajuk, City Corporation, And Other Relevant Authorities.
