• Proficient In Land Documentation, Including Cs, Rs, Sa, City Survey, Mouja Map, And Mapping Processes.

• Strong Knowledge And Hands-On Experience With Digital Drawing Submissions And Approval Processes Of Rajuk (Including Ecps), Nha, And Mow.

• Skilled In Liaising With Government Authorities To Obtain Nocs/Clearances From Desa, Wasa, Fire Service, Civil Aviation, Traffic Police, And City Corporation.

• Efficient Coordination With Utility Service Providers (City Corporation, Wasa, Titas, Desco, Dpdc, Btcl, Etc.) To Ensure Timely Utility Connections.

• Responsible For Maintaining Tax And Rent-Related Documentation For All Projects.

• Thorough Verification And Collection Of All Land-Related Documents.

• Representation In Land-Related Case Hearings On Behalf Of Management.

• Capable Of Drafting And Vetting Legal Documents Including Mou, Deeds, And Doa.

• Experienced In Responding To Official Queries And Observations From Rajuk, City Corporation, And Other Relevant Authorities.
