Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, HSC
∎ Skills Required: Computer Proficiency, Familiar with SAP ERP system, MICROSOFT OFFICE

∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure take over the charge of the shift from the previous shift by recording in the register timely. Ensure that the security Guards of their respective shift report for duty and sign the duty register at least 10 minutes earlier.
∎ To ensure any instruction/information must be shared with all concerned and note down in the register.
∎ To Check serviceability of Telephone/Mobile/Walkie Talkie set and other equipment including the various register.
∎ To ensure Inward & Outward going vehicles information maintained through SAP system.
∎ To ensure necessary replacement/arrangement shall be made immediately If there is any shortfall of guards in any security post. Duty post may be changed based on the requirement.
∎ Ensure proper checking of all outgoing and incoming personnel and vehicles by the on-duty security guards at the entry and exit gate.
∎ Ensure the proper gate pass/returnable gate pass signed by the authorized officer.
∎ special attention may be given to the movement of laborers/workers/contractor’s labors and casual workers.
∎ To ensure Issuing Temporary Passes to visitors, contractors, suppliers, etc. with prior permission from concerned authority.
∎ Supervise the activities of supervisors and guards. Carry out frequent patrols of the guard posts and nearby areas of the plant premises under their jurisdiction. Ensure to keep the main road free from any kind of traffic congestion in coordination with a related guard post.
∎ To record all types of important events including accidents/incidents/unusual events in the occurrence register with detailed information mentioning place, date & time and related person with mobile number.
∎ To look after worker’s Barrack in respect of staying, dinning, safety, security and overall living standard of the barrack.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the seniors or Head of Security.

∎ must have knowledge about Microsoft Office application.
∎ Ability to work at unusual hours.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
