Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 35 years

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role

• At least HSC or equivalent certificate holder

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures

• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively

• Proficiency in using security technology and surveillance systems

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities & Context:

Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Security Guard and their activities, securing the properties and ensuring the safety and security of the premises.

• Lead and supervise a team of Security Guards

• Ensure appropriate deployment to ensure utmost safety and security

• Conduct regular and random inspections or patrols to ensure security alertness

• Conduct grooming sessions, training programs and other sessions for the Security Guards

• Maintain different registers related to security, guest, inventory etc. and prepare reports accordingly

• Monitor access control process to restrict trespassing

• Ensure necessary protocol for all in due diligence

• Assist develop security policies and procedures and implement them accurately

• Respond to security incidents and emergencies and coordinate activities accordingly

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

• Carry out other activities as guided by the Management
