Responsibilities & Context:
Protect hotel premises against theft, fire, trespassing, and other potential dangers.
Assist the Chief Security Officer in executing orders and ensure proper communication to all security staff.
Supervise security personnel, ensuring timely attendance, high standards of discipline, and adherence to assigned duties.
Monitor leave schedules and ensure that all security staff receive their entitled benefits.
Maintain an accurate inventory of security equipment, ensuring functionality and coordinating maintenance or repairs when needed.
Conduct periodic rounds of all sentry posts to ensure alertness and compliance with security protocols.
Act as a liaison between hotel management and local law enforcement when required.
Implement emergency plans effectively during any critical situations.
Prepare daily written reports detailing activities, observations, and incidents.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies regarding safety and hygiene, including monitoring mask usage by guests in lobby and public areas.
Inspect vehicles before and after use to ensure they are safe and free from damage.
Prevent unauthorized professional photography, videography, or drone operations within hotel and waterpark premises.
Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and overnight hours as required.
