- Must have minimum 05 (five) years working experience in a similar position in a large industrial organization
- Preference will be given to retired members of the armed forces.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitoring, controlling and ensuring day-to-day safety of factory security.
- Movement of staff and visitors, security of premises, goods and vehicles etc
- Implementing the protocol.
- Supervising and keeping records of loading and unloading of products/materials.
- Monitoring of incidents, complaints, investigations, theft, assault, loss etc.
- Perform emergency response as necessary
- Managing roster of security guards.
- Besides, performing ancillary duties as per the instructions of the management authority depending on the needs of the organization.
- Supervising all types of assets and goods of the organization including maintenance.
