Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage all security operations within the factory premises.
∎ Supervising the process of updating and maintaining all security registers and documents.
∎ Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for reporting, and dealing with incidents when applicable.
∎ Conduct regular patrols on the premises to prevent and detect any security threats, including but not limited to unauthorized entry, theft or vandalism.
∎ Respond to security incidents, emergencies or medical situations calmly and effectively.
∎ Coordinate with relevant authorities as necessary.
∎ Provide training sessions to Security Personnel under you on security procedures, emergency response protocols, and safety awareness.
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, including fire safety, evacuation procedures, and occupational health standards.
∎ Carrying out duties while maintaining excellent ethical standards.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
