Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and Implement Security Policies:
∎ Establish and enforce security policies, protocols, and procedures.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security threats.
∎ Manage Security Personnel:
∎ Recruit, train, and supervise security staff.
∎ Schedule and assign duties to security personnel to ensure 24/7 site coverage.
∎ Monitor and Patrol:
∎ Oversee daily security operations, including patrols and monitoring of construction sites.
∎ Utilize surveillance systems to monitor site activity and respond to security breaches.
∎ Incident Management:
∎ Investigate and report security incidents, thefts, and other emergencies.
∎ Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
∎ Coordination and Communication:
∎ Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to address security concerns.
∎ Conduct regular security briefings and training sessions for site personnel.
∎ Compliance and Reporting:
∎ Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
∎ Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrol logs, and personnel activities.
