Responsibilities & Context:

• Extend a warm welcome to guests at the entry gate.

• Inspect office doors, windows, and other premises using flashlight during nighttime hours.

• Maintain the illumination of office security lights throughout the night.

• Assist the cleaners in cleaning the entire office area.

• Perform checks on generator fuel, electricity meter, and water reserve tank at the start of the shift.

• Guarantee the security of office equipment and belongings.

• Monitor lights and fans, ensuring unnecessary usage is prevented in the office.

• Remain stationed near the gate and avoid straying far from it.

• Conduct thorough searches of suspicious individuals as required. Maintain a high level of alertness at all times.

• Restrict access to outsiders entering the office premises during nighttime.

• Be prepared to provide emergency support during critical situations.

• Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the office authority.

• Ensure a proper handover at the conclusion of the shift.

• Monitoring security cameras and recording systems for any abnormalities or suspicious activity.

• Reporting incidents of theft, vandalism, or other unusual activity to supervisors.
