Be alert always for night duty.
Responsibilities & Context:
Work under supervision of admin.
Responsibility for opening & closing the gate in the morning and evening.
Responsible for checking & receiving gate pass of customers and preserve gate pass properly.
Responsible for collecting customers helmet & preserve gate pass accordingly.
Responsible for checking spare parts when purchase by customer & sending our out station accordingly also maintain register for out stations.
Responsible for delivery and receiving letter/documents to concerned department.
Responsible for receiving incoming phone calls after closing office, ensure availability of water by operating pump.
Responsible for checking whole office after closing & report to administration if found any problem immediately.
Be alert always while night duty.
