Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure smooth Security Service to support Operations of the Company;
∎ Formulating Safety & Security plan for ensuring security;
∎ Implementing the security plan, formulated in prior;
∎ Co-ordinate with the Management, employees and Vendor to implement the Security Policy, Rules & regulations;
∎ Provide general Security Support to Events and Occasions happening in the Company;
∎ Ensure that all activities of the Security Section are to be guided with “Restricted Area” viewpoint;
∎ Be responsible for dealing with various Security Related Matters in the facilities owned by Company;
∎ Assist the General Administration Department of the Company as and when required;
∎ Assist in Administrative task relating to Security Section as and when required;
∎ Monitor the activities of Security Supervisors/Guards in all facilities owned by the Company;
∎ Deal disciplinary matters, fights, quarrels & disturbing activities of outsiders as well as insiders in the group/sections;
∎ Ensure that Company Security, Safety Policies & Procedures are always properly understood & followed by the staffs;
∎ Be involved into security related planning of the Company (e.g. identifying the need of security equipment, budgeting, staff trainings etc.);
∎ Ensure reportage of incidents in relation to security infringements, damage, criminal damage, road traffic accidents, and misbehavior;
∎ Prevent losses/damage by reporting irregularities, handle violators of Policy & Procedures; restraining trespassers;
∎ Locking and unlocking the facilities owned by Company;
∎ Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements;
∎ Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises;
∎ Remain in compliance with all Corporate & Statutory Requirements;
∎ Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers;
∎ Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues;
∎ Follow procedures for various initiatives i.e. fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control, accident investigations;
∎ To maintain contract with local Police Station, Fire Station & other local authorities;
∎ Perform any other work as & when required by Management.
