Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence
∎ Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
∎ Reminding the Managing Director & CEO of important tasks and deadlines
∎ Managing databases and filing systems
∎ Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, take dictation and minutes
∎ Carry out day to day secretarial jobs at MD's desk maintaining proper confidentiality
∎ Arranging travel, visa and accommodation both within and outside the country
∎ Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues
∎ Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Managing Director & CEO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in similar role
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external to the Bank
∎ Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
∎ Strong customer service and social skills
∎ Gentle and pleasant personality
