∎ Masters / 4 years graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
∎ Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in Bangla and English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
∎ Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, including MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
∎ Handle incoming communication and correspondence, screen phone calls and emails, and draft responses on behalf of the Chairman.
∎ Gather and organize relevant information, documents, and files for the Chairman, conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
∎ Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external/ international stakeholders/ government bodies.
∎ Provide meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
∎ Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
∎ Perform various administrative tasks, such as document drafting, proofreading, expense management, and coordination of special projects/events.
∎ Provide Travel related services including Airport protocol
∎ Other duties as and when assigned by the Management
