Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets.
∎ • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new products, services, and market segments.
∎ • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our internet services and expand our customer base.
∎ • Identify new market opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
∎ • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
∎ • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
∎ • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and customer service teams to enhance overall customer experience.
∎ • Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to Head of Sales.
∎ • Main KPI of Managers & Executive’s.
