∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, supervise and overall responsible for Sample Department.
∎ Ensure timely sample making and submission.
∎ Understand buyer concept and idea to develop new product.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor Sample design as per standards & procedures to meet buyer needs.
∎ Prepare the right sample at the right time to meet the buyer expectation.
∎ Ensure sample approval rate as per KPI.
∎ Design or direct pattern-making manually and electronically.
∎ Supervise pattern correction and provide Technical Support where necessary during sample development & production.
∎ Ensuring cost reduction by reducing all kind of process loss & wastage like rejection.
∎ Responsible for pattern direction, fabric selection, proton and tech packs preparation as per instruction of buyers.
∎ Support and advise the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Need to know pattern and working on CAD.
∎ Need to be technical sound on sewing process.
∎ Sound knowledge on manual pattern making & CAD Software.
∎ Sound knowledge on dummy fitting for all types of woven tops products.
∎ Knowledge on sewing operation & bulk production.
∎ Good knowledge of fabric, wash & trims.
∎ Team player and work enthusiastically.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
