Responsibilities & Context:
- Promote and sell dairy products (Pasteurized Milk, Dodhi, Labang, Ghee, Sweetmeats, etc.) to retail shops, superstores, restaurants, and individual customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Ensure proper product display, availability, and timely delivery.
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to management.
- Handle cash collections or payments (if required) and maintain proper records.
- Arrange sales conference for shop keepers/sellers/corporate clients when required.
- Cover new areas to grab more market share.
- Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.
