Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve Sales and Collection against Targets by proper planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating.
∎ Follow up products and ensure on time delivery.
∎ Ensure daily visit or communication with customers/ clients or dealers.
∎ Customer Management and Control (Prepare & maintain master database of customers, dealers, build up and maintain strong & trustworthy relationship with the customers).
∎ Conduct client meetings, prepare quotations and presentations in case of Corporate Sales.
∎ Ensure proper customer satisfaction through proper customer entertainment, customer service etc.
∎ Analyze competitor products, prices, and services.Provide excellent after Sales service.
