Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.
∎ Develop training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and interactive activities, tailored to the sales team's needs.
∎ Conduct training sessions using various methods, including in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
∎ Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sales techniques, and product knowledge to ensure training content is relevant and current.
∎ Provide coaching and support to sales team members to reinforce training and drive performance improvement.
∎ Monitor and report on the progress and impact of training initiatives.
