Responsibilities & Context:
- Prioritize achieving personal and team’s monthly and yearly deposit & asset sales targets, portfolio growth, and new customer inclusion. Ensure the team's focus on deposit retention and reducing encashment. Ensure minimum 80% monthly portfolio maturity retention.
- Lead and develop a high-performing deposit and asset team, ensuring optimal team size. Supervise RMs and recommend action plan for non-performers to the Unit Head.
- Provide sales-oriented training and guidance to team members. Conduct field visits to support their development and provide business leads for effective target achievement.
- Focus on building a robust business pipeline and maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing complaints.
- Ensure adherence to company and regulatory policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with Branch Manager in day-to-day tasks. Regularly conduct client visits with the team to drive sales. Ensure required number of quality visit daily from sales team.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress updates to the Unit Head.
