Responsibilities & Context:
Sales and Portfolio Growth: Prioritize achieving personal and team’s monthly and yearly PL sales targets, portfolio growth, and new customer inclusion. Ensure minimum 80% productivity of the team. Organize MMI Events and Activation plan among Hospitals, Corporate Offices & Educational institutes
Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing PL Sales team, ensuring optimal team size. Supervise RMs and recommend action plan for non-performers to the Unit Head.
Resource Development: Provide sales-oriented training and guidance to team members. Conduct field visits to support their development and provide business leads for effective target achievement.
Market Development and Customer Relations: Focus on building a robust business pipeline and maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing complaints.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company and regulatory policies and regulations.
Ensure Quality Visits: Regularly conduct client visits with the team to drive sales. Ensure required number of quality visit daily from sales team.
Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales progress updates to the Unit Head.
