∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Territory sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Departmental store, E-commerce, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To build up our Modern Trade segment within their demarcated area. Special focus will be given on onboarding super shops and restaurants
∎ To ensure the Sales Representatives working under them and within their assigned area, achieve their KPI-wise sales targets
∎ To ensure the Sales Representatives working under them and within their assigned area, achieve their new customer acquisition targets
∎ To ensure excellence in execution of field campaign plans within their demarcated area
∎ To ensure excellence in execution of any marketing events within their demarcated area
∎ Besides the above, the candidate must be agile enough to be able to quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ In addition to salary, attractive KPI based incentive can be earned.
