∎ 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the digital services industry
∎ Proven understanding of sales funnel and sales pipeline management
∎ Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce)
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
∎ Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset
∎ Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
∎ Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
∎ Be tech-savvy and have a knack for Googling for everything and anything
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Qualify marketing leads and move them through the sales funnel stages
∎ Design and optimize lead-nurturing workflows and conversion tactics
∎ Develop tailored proposals, address objections, and close deals
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and targeting
∎ Implement post-sale follow-up strategies to increase retention and upselling
∎ Build and maintain a structured pipeline to track deal progress
∎ Monitor and analyze pipeline health, deal stages, and conversion metrics
∎ Conduct prospecting and outreach to identify new business opportunities
∎ Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast future sales performance
∎ Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
∎ Position Summary
∎ We are seeking a results-driven Sales Strategy & Process Expert to manage and optimize our end-to-end sales processes. This role bridges the gap between marketing and sales by converting qualified leads into loyal customers while tracking each opportunity's progress through the pipeline. The ideal candidate will be strategic, analytical, and experienced in managing both funnel conversion and pipeline optimization.
