JOB SUMMARY

We`re seeking an Executive Graphic Designer to join ProAdman Digital. You`ll craft visually compelling designs that align with client branding and marketing goals. The ideal candidate excels in modern design tools, has a strong portfolio, understands typography and color theory, and possesses fundamental video editing skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design & Creativity:

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media (social media, websites, ads, brochures).

• Ensure all designs adhere to client brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.

• Basic video editing to create content for various platforms; advanced skills are considered an added advantage.

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Work closely with marketing and content teams to meet project requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to ensure their vision is accurately reflected in final designs.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates for feedback.

Proficiency & Innovation:

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.

• Stay up-to-date on design trends and tools, ensuring designs are optimized for web, mobile, and print.

• Seek new creative approaches to enhance digital campaigns and design offerings.

Continuous Learning & Adaptation:

• Follow design trends and best practices.

• Maintain organized file systems for design assets, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
