Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IATA related service.
∎ Must have own client base.
∎ Handling all customer queries effectively.
∎ Excellent at dealing with clients over phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Effective in coordinating and resolving issues like ticket re-route, re- schedule, re- issue, refund etc.
∎ Expert in design Tour package, Hotel’s reservation, visa processing etc.
∎ Agreed to perform any other duties related to travel agency management.
∎ IATA related service.
∎ Must have own client base.
∎ Handling all customer queries effectively.
∎ Excellent at dealing with clients over phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction.
