• The Coffee Address

And the famous fast food chain:

Al Baik
(Visa issuing company: Safwa Al Khaleej)

Position & Salary Details

Position–1: Coffee Barista

• Monthly Salary: SAR 1,500 – 1,800

• Food: At own expense

• Accommodation: Provided by the company

• Other Benefits: As per Saudi Labor Law

Position–2: Restaurant Crew / Fast Food Crew

(Restaurant Crew / Fast Food Crew – Al Baik)

• Monthly Salary: SAR 1,000

• Additional Benefits:

• Monthly Al Baik voucher worth SAR 200

• Other benefits as per Saudi Labor Law

Working Conditions

Coffee Barista

• Duty Hours: 10–12 hours

• Weekly Off: As per company policy

• Shift: According to restaurant schedule

Al Baik (Fast Food Crew)

• Duty Hours: 9 hours + 1-hour break daily
  (Total 10 hours)

• Shift: According to restaurant schedule

•  Work Location: Saudi Arabia

Training & Placement

• Selected candidates will receive 1 month of special training.

Training Includes:

• Basic Communication

• Restaurant Culture

• Menu & Order Taking

• Guest Greeting

• Basic English & Arabic Language

After successful completion of training, candidates will be placed directly at their designated restaurant or branch.

Job Responsibilities

Coffee Barista

• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages

• Operate espresso machines and coffee grinders

• Maintain coffee quality and presentation

• Provide polite and friendly customer service

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene

 Fast Food Crew (Al Baik)

• Take customer orders and serve food

• Prepare takeaway and combo meals

• Assist in kitchen and counter operations

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Coffee Barista

• Age: 21–30 years

• Language: Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Minimum Height: 5 feet 4 inches

• Physical Appearance: Smart, presentable, clean-shaven

• Cleanliness: Must be neat and hygienic

 Fast Food Crew (Al Baik)

• Age: Below 30 years

• Language: Basic English communication skills

• Reading Skill: English B1 level

• Physical Fitness: Physically fit and hardworking

Special Instruction (Reading Test)

• During the interview, candidates must read aloud an English paragraph.
  

• Ability to clearly read and understand menu and food-related terms is mandatory.
