Responsibilities & Context:
Expert Student Counseling: Conduct comprehensive face-to-face, telephonic, or Zoom sessions with prospective students and guardians. Perform an honest assessment of their academic backgrounds and financial readiness before file opening.
Application & Desk Management: Guide students through the entire application life cycle from course selection to receiving official offer letters. Coordinate directly with international university representatives to track application status and secure admissions.
Visa Processing & Documentation: Prepare immigration files, cover letters, and write tailored SOPs that meet the exact criteria expected by visa authorities. Ensure all files are compiled accurately to maintain high success rates, adhering strictly to official destination country guidelines.
Lead Conversion & Sales: Proactively engage with walk-in visitors and follow up regularly with leads generated through digital channels (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube). Convert inquiries into successful enrollments to achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Digital Engagement & Content Promotion: Support marketing initiatives by promoting scholarship details, higher education pathways, and promotional content across social media platforms. Actively respond to online student inquiries professionally.
Relationship Building & Expos: Represent the agency at educational expos, local seminars, and spot admission events. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and parents to encourage institutional referrals.
Post-Visa Support: Conduct detailed pre-departure briefings. Provide basic guidance regarding student accommodation, travel arrangements, and part-time work dynamics in destination countries.
Operational Compliance: Track each active case independently with detailed records using CRM tools or Excel. Never pass or submit an incomplete file; flag gaps immediately and coordinate with management on strategy adjustments. Be willing to travel within Bangladesh and abroad for student recruitment campaigns when required.
