∎ Present products in live sessions, demonstrating product features, qualities, and selling points.
∎ Engage with the live audience to create a dynamic, interactive shopping experience.
∎ Answer customer inquiries, provide product recommendations, and assist in making purchase decisions in real-time.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live events and promotions.
∎ Track live sales performance and contribute to strategies for improving customer engagement and conversion rates.
∎ Actively interact with potential customers, answering questions and addressing concerns to build relationships.
∎ Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to customers.
∎ Maintain a professional and personable demeanor during live sessions to positively reflect the company’s brand.
∎ Stay updated with product knowledge and current industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.
