Job Summary: As a Sales Representative at Smith’s, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) products and solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our retail footprint, achieving sales targets, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell HORECA products and solutions.
• Identify and onboard potential retail and HORECA partners.
• Conduct daily field visits to retailers, hotels, restaurants, and cafes to retain existing business and generate new leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering information, support, promotional offers, and new product updates.
• Address customer queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth after-sales service and support to retail partners.
• Share daily end-of-day sales reports and new customer acquisition details with the team lead.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collect and share customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategy.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams for smooth coordination and reporting.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide market insights regularly.
