∎ We are looking for some sales manager, sales executives and sales representatives. Experience in FMCG will be treated as an advantage but not mandatory.
∎ Job Location: Niketon, Gulshan- 1, Dhaka – 1212.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve company's sales target.
∎ Sales managers and executives will have to prepare sales analysis and statements weekly. Execute the marketing strategy of the company.
∎ Visit potential and existing customers to increase sales volume.
∎ Engage dealers as specified by the company.
∎ Innovate and research sales tools.
∎ Prepare presentation for events and corporate clients
∎ Collect and analyze customer information.
∎ Collect and analyze data for preparing sales and marketing strategy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years for Sales Representatives. However, hardworking potential HSC qualified candidates may also apply.
∎ Must be able to speak good Bangla
∎ Must have leadership quality
∎ Must be able to analyze and assess sales data
∎ Must be able to take decision independently
∎ Must be able to convince customers and clients
∎ Must not give excuses in delivering responsibilities
∎ Must be able to write and keep accounts and information on sales
∎ Must be focused and disciplined
∎ Should be able to achieve target and work under pressure.
∎ Ability to meet tight deadlines.
∎ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
∎ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
∎ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
