Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Order Verification: Receive and meticulously check all customer orders submitted by the Sales Executives for accuracy in pricing, quantity, and specifications.
Payment Confirmation: Monitor and confirm receipt of payments via bank transfers, cheques, or online portals before authorizing order processing.
Order Processing: Execute order entries into the company’s system (ERP/Software) and generate necessary invoices.
Logistics Coordination: Forward processed orders to the Delivery/Dispatch department and follow up to ensure timely product release.
Reporting: Maintain daily logs of received orders, payment statuses, and pending deliveries.
