Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase bulk rice sales.
∎ Identify potential clients and build a strong customer base.
∎ Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
∎ Understand client needs and offer suitable products and solutions.
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
∎ Negotiate sales contracts and terms.
∎ Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
∎ Participate in industry trade shows and events to promote our products.
∎ Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
