• Explain product features, characteristics, and quality to the customers.

• Maintain good relationships with clients through regular physical visits.

• Keep records of daily sales and prepare relevant reports for the supervisor.

• Compile and provide the customer’s feedback regarding products to the immediate supervisor.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

• Gathering information about the market and providing it to the management.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers.

• Look after customer queries
