Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Sales Generation:
∎ • Actively promote and sell the company’s food and beverage products to retail stores, wholesalers, restaurants, and other potential clients.
∎ • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
∎ 2. Client Relationship Management:
∎ • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
∎ • Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
∎ • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
∎ 3. Market Expansion:
∎ • Identify and approach potential new clients or sales channels.
∎ • Assist in expanding the distribution network and increasing market presence.
∎ 4. Product Promotion:
∎ • Educate clients about product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
∎ • Organize and participate in food tastings, demos, and promotional events.
∎ 5. Reporting and Analysis:
∎ • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
∎ • Monitor competitor activities and report market trends.
∎ 6. Coordination:
∎ • Coordinate with the delivery and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
∎ • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
∎ 7. Inventory & Order Management:
∎ • Take accurate customer orders and ensure stock availability.
∎ • Inform management about stock needs and fast/slow-moving items.
