Responsibilities & Context:
- Visit assigned markets daily to generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Collect orders from retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Properly communicate product pricing, discounts, and promotional offers
- Submit daily sales, order, and collection reports to the office
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers
- Perform according to assigned sales KPIs
- Previous experience in FMCG or food product sales will be preferred
- Good knowledge of Dhaka markets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
