• Must be target-oriented.
• Must have the ability to prepare different deeds of Agreement, Proposals, and Offers for clients and landowners.
• Must be creative, proactive, and innovative in generating ideas and designing products.
• Must be able to develop short-term and long-term sales strategies to compete in a fast-changing market environment.

• Implement relevant marketing and sales strategies.

• Must be experienced in negotiating prices and payment schedules from a real estate perspective.

• Achieve sales and collection targets and prepare achievement reports.

• Define target customers, build relationships, and maintain customer retention.

• Maintain all sales files, handle booking money collection, and follow up on booking dues and overdue payments.

• Prepare daily client and meeting reports, and submit these to superiors.

• Assist clients in applying for bank loans.

• Liaise with customer service to enhance the company`s reputation and achieve customer satisfaction.

• Candidates with experience in the real estate industry and land development will be given preference.

• Manage all marketing communications through effective management of the marketing function.

• Gather market and customer information.

• Perform any assignments given by management.
