Job Context:

We are looking for a passionate Sales & Marketing Officer to plan and oversee the organization`s marketing activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.
∎ A successful Marketing officer must have great enthusiasm for all things marketing and great knowledge of relevant techniques and principles. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent communicator and will have experience in managing different marketing ventures.
∎ The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to its business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
∎ Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations
∎ Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
∎ Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
∎ Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
∎ Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
∎ Persists in sales even in the face of failure
∎ Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
∎ Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
∎ Answers questions from clients
∎ Makes service knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
∎ Finds ways to sell products/services in the face of a down market
∎ Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
∎ Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
∎ Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
∎ Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
∎ Makes product appeal to the target market
∎ Trains other sales people in the art of selling
∎ Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period
∎ Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
∎ Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
∎ Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
∎ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Creativity and commercial awareness
∎ A team player with a customer-oriented approach
∎ Minimum 5 years proven experience as marketing officer in any Outsourcing Service Providing company/Security Company/Cleaning Company/Facility Management Company
